I painted this little painting not too long ago, for a friend and client. The Lambretta had been lovingly restored in Bermuda to it’s original condition. I used the backdrop of the sand, sea and sky, which I I used to give the painting a distinct Bermuda feel. I had many Lambrettas like this when I was younger (and still wish I’d kept them) so it was a painting that I really enjoyed working on.
